I knew at an early age that creating great meals would be my calling. By the age of fourteen, I was already taking cooking classes in high school. After graduating, I worked at various restaurants for two years before attending Florida Culinary Institute of Palm Beach. After graduation, I worked in Palm Beach for three years gaining experience in upscale cuisine using the finest ingredients. I received my first full-time opportunity at the highly touted Ocean Grill of Palm Beach Gardens where I was the sous-chef gaining experience and the creative freedom where I flourished as a chef. Advancing in my career, I took a chef job with the Samba Room, where I learned upscale Spanish cuisine. Through this experience, I developed my own style cuisine integrating my family heritage of Latin-Italian background with my new techniques and skills I learned through my education, career and travels. I call it, "The Way Cuisine", meaning the way I grew up.
In 2004, my father and I opened a deli in Hernando Beach that we built together into a local restaurant and hang out. After ten years in one location, we moved down the road to a larger facility. In our new facility, we have a full-liquor bar, a sit-down restaurant, outdoor patio seating, and group seating. We offer catering and have two private rooms, at no additional charge, that can service birthday parties, graduations and celebrations
I invite you and your family and friends to join us to try one of our special creations offered six days a week.
